I spent three years deep inside the fast-paced world of short-form video and creator networks. I saw the trends come and go. I learned the hard way that quick-win strategies like follow-for-follow trains build a hollow audience that collapses the moment you need it.
I pivoted, preaching “authentic community.” I curated my connections, focusing on real talk. But I slammed into a new problem: as a UK-based creator, my analytics showed my audience was global, but geo-restrictions meant they often couldn’t buy the products I promoted. My “global reach” was an illusion when it came to building a real business.
Then, the landscape shifted again. The economy of “gifts” and meaningless likes began to crumble. Creators are exhausted from giving away their energy for free, and audiences have been trained to expect it. I watched as the only ones consistently earning were those treating it like a high-stakes game—a far cry from the genuine connection we all craved.
Facing the Same Painful Paradox in the Modern Creator Economy
Across the board, creators are confronting the same frustrating realities:
- Shifting Goalposts: First, brands demanded 10k followers, then 100k. Now, they desperately chase micro-influencers with highly engaged communities, finally realising true influence stems from trust, not just scale.
- Empty Room Phenomenon: It’s a common sight: creators with hundreds of thousands of followers host live streams for a handful of people, while those with smaller, tight-knit communities are consistently making sales and building sustainable income.
- The Engagement Illusion: A like is not a relationship. A follower is not a community. Without a real, invested community, building a sustainable business becomes an uphill battle against the algorithms.
Let’s be blunt: if you lack a tribe that actively shows up for you, you don’t have a business. You have a hobby.

This is the problem I am now dedicated to solving. I, Lita Goddess of Growth, am working with creators, small businesses, authors, coaches, and passionate entrepreneurs to build a new kind of support system: Our Sovren Collective.
This is not a finished product; it is a living, breathing global creator community in the making. And my role is to be your active guide and collaborator.

- Mastering the Fundamentals: I will show you how to build the foundation, talking you through the essential basics you would traditionally get in a professional studio. I will guide you through building not just a community that shows up, but also how to leverage the different subscription and monetisation opportunities on each platform once your community-building skills are strengthened.
- A Focused, Strategic Environment: It is a lot to navigate alone. Within Our Sovren Collective, you can focus your time on strategy and genuine connection, without the noise. We will work together on the plan, so you can execute with clarity.
This global creator community is designed to be the backbone the platforms never provide.
