Q: How long is the initial consultation session?
A: The session is not bound by a rigid time limit. It is designed to be a complete and meaningful conversation in itself, flowing naturally for as long as necessary to fully explore your situation. Please allow for up to 90 minutes.

Q: Is the consultation fee deducted from the package price?
A: Yes, absolutely. The £250 investment for our strategy session is applied in full to the cost of the £1200 transformational package, leaving a balance of £950 should you decide to proceed.

Q: Is everything I share confidential?
A: Absolutely. Complete confidentiality is the cornerstone of my therapeutic space and our work together. You have a safe and sacred container to explore your story.
