Alchemy is the process I tap into when transforming past knowledge to understand and reflect on real life experiences affecting us today. A blog I wrote today, October 19th, 2025, was sparked by the documentary The Alabama Solution, it is, I believes, a perfect example. It’s in these spaces that I connect the dots between the personal and the political, the internal and the systemic—this is the heart of my alchemical work.

My name Lita, Goddess of Growth emerged from a place of deep inspiration, and this blog charts the ongoing alchemy of ‘Becoming’ that the name represents. It’s about tapping into my inner spirit, integrating all that has been, and consciously building all that will be.
