My name is Carleta, the self-fashioned Goddess of Growth—but you can call me Lita. The story of Sovren is my story; a name forged in the fire of experience and born from a ‘no’. When a partnership with TikTok asked me to name my Creator Network, I requested ‘Sovereign’. It was unavailable. From that limitation, Sovren was created—a name I have filled with all the power and intention it was always meant to hold.
The Awakening: From Platform Dependency to Sovereign Power
Becoming a Creator Network Manager felt like a rightful acknowledgement of my time building community on the platform since 2023. I had backstage access and a vision to coach and connect. The spec even encouraged cross-platform growth, which was right up my street.
But I soon found myself in a ‘black box’. My mission was to attract a UK audience, yet my livestreams were consistently filled with faces from Africa and across the globe—a beautiful, but unintended, connection. A simple post encouraging engagement was blocked. The algorithm, designed to connect, was in fact obscuring my path.
By August, I handed in my notice. I was deflated by the platform but profoundly ignited from within. That experience was my crucible. It taught me the core principle behind Sovren: you cannot build a legacy on the whims of an algorithm. True growth requires a foundation you own and control.
The Alchemy of Sovren: Strategy Meets Soul
My work has always been one of transformation. I am a multi-faceted guide, uniquely blending:
- Strategic Acumen: Harnessing my business degree to build solid, scalable plans.
- Therapeutic Insight: Utilising my qualification as a Consultant Hypnotherapist to address mindset blocks.
- Esoteric Rhythm: Reading the timings and seasons through astrology (not as a diviner, but as a map for energy and growth).
Sovren is the embodiment of this alchemy. It is a Creator Network, but it is also so much more. It is a movement away from burnout and towards empowered, sustainable creation.
I learned the hard way that working countless hours for free, waiting for digital gifts and algorithmic favour, leads only to exhaustion. When I left social platforms, very few of those digital connections remained. This highlighted a stark truth: we must build our own foundations.
