To ensure clarity and focus, we primarily contact and collaborate with clients through scheduled virtual meetings (using Google Meet, Riverside.fm, or Discord). We avoid lengthy, unstructured email chains or instant messaging for complex discussions. This allows us to be fully present and give your ideas the attention they deserve.
- We do not offer unscheduled phone calls. All calls are booked in advance as virtual meetings.
- We do not use WhatsApp or SMS for business communication. These channels are reserved for our private lives to maintain healthy boundaries.

To build a trusting partnership, we believe in being transparent about how we work:
- Working Hours: As a solo founder, I am not a 24/7 service. I respond to messages and hold meetings during regular UK business hours.

- Rural Reality: I am based in a rural English village. While rare, we can experience power cuts or internet outages. Your understanding is appreciated.
